1 Grants to water and sewerage undertakers: extension of initial period

In Article 213 of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (NI 21) (grants by the Department for Regional Development to relevant undertakers), in paragraph (4), for “three” substitute “ six ”.

2 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Water and Sewerage Services (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010.
