§ 200301 - Definitions

CHAPTER 2003— LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND

In this chapter:

(1) The term “Fund” means the Land and Water Conservation Fund established under section 200302 of this title.

(2) The term “State” means a State, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
