§ 101933 - Term of commercial services contracts

CHAPTER 1019— CONCESSIONS AND COMMERCIAL USE AUTHORIZATIONS › SUBCHAPTER III— COMMERCIAL SERVICES AUTHORIZATION

A commercial services contract entered into pursuant to this title shall be awarded for a term not to exceed 10 years.
