§ 101117 - Authority of Board

CHAPTER 1011— DONATIONS › SUBCHAPTER II— NATIONAL PARK FOUNDATION

In carrying out this chapter, the Board may—

(1) adopt bylaws and regulations necessary for the administration of its functions; and

(2) contract for any necessary services.
