CHAPTER 209— ELECTION ADMINISTRATION IMPROVEMENT › SUBCHAPTER III— UNIFORM AND NONDISCRIMINATORY ELECTION TECHNOLOGY AND ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

The specific choices on the methods of complying with the requirements of this subchapter shall be left to the discretion of the State.
