§ 20905 - Administration of programs

CHAPTER 209— ELECTION ADMINISTRATION IMPROVEMENT › SUBCHAPTER I— PAYMENTS TO STATES FOR ELECTION ADMINISTRATION IMPROVEMENTS AND REPLACEMENT OF PUNCH CARD AND LEVER VOTING MACHINES

In administering the programs under this subchapter, the Administrator shall take such actions as the Administrator considers appropriate to expedite the payment of funds to States.
