§ 70701 - Definitions

CHAPTER 707— HUMAN SPACE FLIGHT INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION COMMISSION

In this chapter:

(1) The term “Commission” means a Commission established under this chapter.

(2) The term “incident” means either an accident or a deliberate act.
