§ 20162 - Definition of upper atmosphere

CHAPTER 201— NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE PROGRAM › SUBCHAPTER IV— UPPER ATMOSPHERE RESEARCH

In this subchapter, the term “upper atmosphere” means that portion of the Earth’s sensible atmosphere above the troposphere.
