§ 4007 - Effect on other Federal authority

CHAPTER 53— HARMFUL ALGAL BLOOM AND HYPOXIA RESEARCH AND CONTROL

(a) Nothing in this chapter supersedes or limits the authority of any agency to carry out its responsibilities and missions under other laws.

(b) Nothing in this chapter may be construed as establishing new regulatory authority for any agency.
