CHAPTER 33A— MARINE DEBRIS RESEARCH, PREVENTION, AND REDUCTION › SUBCHAPTER III— GENIUS PRIZE FOR SAVE OUR SEAS INNOVATIONS

Of the amounts authorized under section 1968(a) of this title, the Secretary of Commerce shall use up to $1,000,000 to carry out this subchapter.
