§ 1971 - Definitions

CHAPTER 33A— MARINE DEBRIS RESEARCH, PREVENTION, AND REDUCTION › SUBCHAPTER III— GENIUS PRIZE FOR SAVE OUR SEAS INNOVATIONS

In this subchapter:

(1) The term “prize competition” means the competition for the award of the Genius Prize for Save Our Seas Innovations established under section 1972 of this title.

(2) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Commerce.
