§ 233a - Permits or leases of certain lands in Okla­homa; retention of royalties

CHAPTER 3A— LEASES AND PROSPECTING PERMITS › SUBCHAPTER IV— OIL AND GAS

The Secretary of the Interior is directed to retain in his custody until otherwise directed by law the 12½ per centum and other royalties heretofore or hereafter received by him in pursuance of section 233 [Fn: See References in Text note below.] of this title.
