§ 2014 - Authorization of appropriations

CHAPTER 25— MISCELLANEOUS ANTI-DRUG ABUSE PROVISIONS › SUBCHAPTER II— NATIONAL METHAMPHETAMINE INFORMATION CLEARINGHOUSE

There are authorized to be appropriated—

(1) for fiscal year 2007—

(1)(A) $500,000 to establish the NMIC and Council; and

(1)(B) such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council; and

(2) for each of fiscal years 2008 and 2009, such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council.
