§ 1534 - Technical assistance and training

CHAPTER 20— NATIONAL DRUG CONTROL PROGRAM › SUBCHAPTER II— DRUG-FREE COMMUNITIES

(a)(1) With respect to any grant recipient or other organization, the Administrator may—

(a)(1)(A) offer technical assistance and training; and

(a)(1)(B) enter into contracts and cooperative agreements.

(a)(2) The Administrator may facilitate the coordination of programs between a grant recipient and other organizations and entities.

(b) The Administrator may provide training to any representative designated by a grant recipient in—

(b)(1) coalition building;

(b)(2) task force development;

(b)(3) mediation and facilitation, direct service, assessment and evaluation; or

(b)(4) any other activity related to the purposes of the Program.
