§ 9601 - Definitions

CHAPTER 76— EDUCATION RESEARCH, STATISTICS, EVALUATION, INFORMATION, AND DISSEMINATION › SUBCHAPTER II— EDUCATIONAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

In this subchapter:

(1) The terms “local educational agency” and “State educational agency” have the meanings given those terms in section 7801 of this title.

(2) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Education.
