§ 1708 - Jurisdiction of district courts

CHAPTER 39— EQUAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND TRANSPORTATION OF STUDENTS › SUBCHAPTER I— EQUAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

The appropriate district court of the United States shall have and exercise jurisdiction of proceedings instituted under section 1706 of this title.
