§ 4972 - Transferability

CHAPTER 389— LOAN GUARANTEE PROGRAMS › SUBCHAPTER I— DEFENSE EXPORT LOAN GUARANTEES

A guarantee issued under this subchapter shall be fully and freely transferable.
