§ 1523 - Posthumous commissions and warrants: effect on pay and allowances
CHAPTER 77— POSTHUMOUS COMMISSIONS AND WARRANTS
No person is entitled to any bonus, gratuity, pay, or allowance because of a posthumous commission or warrant.
