§ 1315 - Computation of retired pay: law applicable

CHAPTER 65— RETIREMENT OF WARRANT OFFICERS FOR LENGTH OF SERVICE

A member of the armed forces retired under this chapter is entitled to retired pay computed under chapter 71 of this title.
