§ 7316 - Commission procedures

CHAPTER 100— AGRICULTURAL MARKET TRANSITION › SUBCHAPTER VII— COMMISSION ON 21st CENTURY PRODUCTION AGRICULTURE

(a) The Commission shall meet on a regular basis (as determined by the chairperson) and at the call of the chairperson or a majority of its members.

(b) A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
