§ 584 - Exemptions

CHAPTER 25— EXPORT STANDARDS FOR APPLES

(a) Apples in less than carload lots as defined by the Secretary may, in his discretion, be shipped to any foreign country without complying with the provisions of this chapter.

(b) Apples may be shipped to Canada in bulk containers without complying with the provisions of this chapter.
