§ 138i - Effect of other laws

CHAPTER 6A— NATIONAL LABORATORY ACCREDITATION

Nothing in this chapter shall alter the authority of the Secretary of Health and Human Services under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.).
