§ 7352 - Excessive and habitual use of intoxicants

CHAPTER 73— SUITABILITY, SECURITY, AND CONDUCT › SUBCHAPTER V— MISCONDUCT

An individual who habitually uses intoxicating beverages to excess may not be employed in the competitive service.
