§ 5507 - Officer affidavit; condition to pay

CHAPTER 55— PAY ADMINISTRATION › SUBCHAPTER I— GENERAL PROVISIONS

An officer required by section 3332 of this title to file an affidavit may not be paid until the affidavit has been filed.
