CHAPTER 35— RETENTION PREFERENCE, VOLUNTARY SEPARATION INCENTIVE PAYMENTS, RESTORATION, AND REEMPLOYMENT › SUBCHAPTER V— REMOVAL, REINSTATEMENT, AND GUARANTEED PLACEMENT IN THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE SERVICE

The Office of Personnel Management shall prescribe regulations to carry out the purpose of this subchapter.
