§ 3397 - Regulations

CHAPTER 33— EXAMINATION, SELECTION, AND PLACEMENT › SUBCHAPTER VIII— APPOINTMENT, RE­ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER, AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE SERVICE

The Office of Personnel Management shall prescribe regulations to carry out the purpose of this subchapter.
