§ 1299.1 Use of immigration forms.

In addition to forms prepared by the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, immigration judges, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and administrative law judges use forms listed under 8 CFR chapter I, part 299.

§ 1299.2 Specific immigration review forms.

The Director of the Executive Office for Immigration Review may designate the specific version of a form listed in 8 CFR chapter I, part 299, which shall be utilized in filings before the immigration judges, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and administrative law judges.
